Raymond A. Baron, a former longtime Mamaroneck resident, peacefully passed away July 28, 2025, in Corpus Christi, TX. He was 81. Ray was born in Ogden, Utah on May 18, 1944, to Kenneth & Gertrude Baron. He joins his parents and brother Dennis (surv. Christine) Baron. He is survived by his wife Linda and proud sons, Douglas (Laura) of Port Orange, Fla and Gregory of Beeville, TX. Brother of Kenneth (Sandra), Lyn (Gary J. Pinto), and Steven (dec. Renee).
After graduating Mamaroneck High School in 1962, he proudly served in the US Navy then continued his call to service as a career firefighter for the Town of Mamaroneck. In addition, for over 40 years, he dedicated his time as a volunteer firefighter for the Village of Mamaroneck at Columbia Engine and Hose Company #2, while also serving as the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Inspector.
Upon retirement from the fire service, Ray and his devoted wife Linda relocated to Corpus Christi, Texas where he served as a Hearing Officer for the Corpus Christi Police Department and kept busy volunteering at Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital in the cardiac Cath lab for 8 years.
Ray had many loves and interests including the NY Yankees, especially his favorite player Thurman Munson. Ray cherished the fact that he and Munson both wore #15 on their uniforms. He enjoyed NASCAR, especially while attending the Daytona 500, and taking the wheel himself on occasion. He also participated and enjoyed weekly league bowling and golf.
Nataly Stenzler Ritter of Mamaroneck NY, passed away peacefully at The Osborn Pavilion in Rye, NY on July 26th, 2025. Nataly was born in Philadelphia PA on August 9th, 1936 as the only child of Gertrude and Benjamin Stenzler. She grew up on Central Park West, attended Birch Wathen Lenox School, and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in journalism in 1958.
Nataly moved to San Francisco, CA to pursue a career in advertising until she met the dashing Toby Gerald Ritter. She returned to New York to marry Toby at Beach Point Yacht Club and help raise his two children, Lianne A Ritter and Louis Alan Ritter. She later gave birth to two daughters, Victoria Beth Ritter and Meridith Gayle (Ritter) Greenbaum. Nataly adored her three grandchildren, Eliana Rose Greenbaum, Max Isaac Greenbaum, and Annelia Keren Ritter.
Nataly was passionate about art, travel, and writing. Nataly will be remembered for her generous philanthropy, curiosity, glamour, poetry, creativity, strong will, outstanding taste, wit, and feminist values.
