Beach Concession Approved Amid Residents’ Concerns

Why Not Vote?

Written Board Procedures have been in place since 2008 and were last amended in 2023. Irregularities Found and New Construction Manager Hired An agenda item to retain H2M for construction management services was discussed at the Work Session and then moved to the Legislative Session for a vote by the Board of Trustees (BOT) where it was approved.
