On Sunday, September 17th, from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm, the Village of Mamaroneck’s Committee for the Environment, in collaboration with Sustainable Westchester, welcomes residents to the Village Courthouse at 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue to learn about energy and cost-savings home solutions. The Town of Mamaroneck and the Mamaroneck Public Library are also supporting this event. See Press Release HERE.
As winter approaches, now is the ideal time to connect with valuable resources and gain expert insights into energy-saving home upgrades. During the forum on Sunday, attendees will discover essential information about incentives, rebates, licensed contractors, and other valuable resources related to home heat pump installation, insulation, and air sealing.
According to David Freeman, Chair of the Committee for the Environment, "Our environmental objective of reducing our carbon footprint and our economic goal of saving money go hand in hand. This event will empower Village residents to achieve both goals simultaneously. If you're interested in lowering your bills while contributing to a greener future, mark your calendar and plan to attend."
All residents interested in attending the September 17th event are encouraged to register at bit.ly/GoGreenMamaroneck.
