Gloria Teresa Warrington, a longtime resident of Larchmont, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 97. She was born on May 18, 1928, in Yonkers, NY, to Agostino and Antoinette DiLorenzo. Gloria grew up in Stratford, CT, and during World War II proudly served her country by working at the General Electric plant, where she tested electrical components for military aircraft.
On November 15, 1947, Gloria married the love of her life, Eugene “Gene” Warrington. Gloria was a loving wife, a caring mother, and someone who gave deeply to her community. Gloria served for many years as a Camp Fire leader and was a dedicated member of the Mamaroneck Garden Club. Deeply rooted in her faith, she managed the Catholic Thrift Shop in Mamaroneck and was a 3rd Order Franciscan for more than 60 years.
Gloria, alongside her beloved husband, Eugene were the proprietors of Walter’s Hot Dogs —an iconic Mamaroneck institution cherished by generations near and far. Above all, Gloria was devoted to her family. She was the heart of her home, the steady guide, and the epitome of a matriarch. She spent immeasurable time with her loved ones especially during her 50-plus years as a grandmother, and 9-plus years as a great grandmother, never missing a milestone, celebration, or even ordinary moments in between.
Gloria is now reunited in Heaven with her husband of nearly 70 years, Eugene Warrington. She is the cherished mother of Christine Warrington and Jeanne Fellows; the loving grandmother of Christine Sand (Kelly), Elisabeth DiDato, Gene Christian Baca (Macy), Sabrina Peduto (Frank), Katharine DeCicco (Joseph), and Natalie Fellows (Michael Brinley); and the adoring great-grandmother of Ashley, Michael, Clara, Emilia, Skyler, and Joseph.
Charles H. Reilling, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on November 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. He was 73 years old.
Charlie was born in Port Chester, NY, on January 26, 1952, to Charles and Theresa Reilling. He is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia “Patty” Reilling; his children, Michele and Scott Sutton, Lisa and Bill Drew, and Alan and Virginia Pisani; and his eight adoring grandchildren — Bradley, Taylor, Derek, Jillian, William, Jared, Katie, and Cassidy — who were the light of his life.
Charlie worked for the Town of Mamaroneck for 38 years, where he formed many lasting friendships. One of his proudest accomplishments was volunteering for the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department and serving as Chief in 1995.
Charlie had a big presence — a man who filled every room with his energy, jokes, and opinions. He loved his family fiercely, especially his grandkids, and he was never too shy to brag about them.
He loved the game of golf and spent countless happy hours on the course with his golf buddies. Another true passion was football season, particularly football pools, where he was known for his uncanny luck — though never quite as lucky as Patty, as he liked to remind everyone.
Charlie lived life with humor, passion, and a unique spirit that made him unforgettable. His family will miss his laughter, his bold personality, his one-liners, and the joy he brought to every gathering. His presence will be deeply and forever missed.
