Recent Obituaries

Patricia Radulovic, of Mamaroneck, passed away May 16, 2023, at age 83. She was born July 25, 1939, to Patrick and Alma Osborne. After high school she spent a few years working for the FBI and then volunteered to go to Vietnam in 1968 during the Tet offensive. Pat was a registered psychiatric nurse who spent her life caring for the needs of others. From her earliest days working with Catholic Charities assisting with the care of orphans in Vietnam, to the more than 30 years of dedicated service in the mental health and addiction treatment at St. Vincent’s hospital leading the drug and alcohol unit, Pat was on a mission to help and heal. Her work didn’t end upon retirement, as she returned to work for St. Vincent’s at their methadone clinic in Port Chester along with her volunteer work with local Al-Anon groups. Pat is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Branko Radulovic, her cherished children, Joy Radulovic and Marc Radulovic and his wife, Duran, and loving grandchildren, Cora, Noele and Ruth. She is also the dear sister of Kevin Osborne, John Osborne, Stephen Osborne, MaryBeth Reese and the late Paul & Brian Osborne.


Carl Joseph Forte passed away on May 14th, leaving behind his daughter, Cristie (Tim) Forte; his grandson, Jon Bartley; his sisters, Theresa (Anthony) Boggi and Denise (Donald) Beniamino; his stepsister, Eleanor Tuzzolino; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close, lifelong friends. Carl was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Jean Forte, and his brother-in-law, Anthony Boggi. Originally from Scarsdale, Carl moved to Mamaroneck for high school. He graduated from Rye Neck in 1978. A sports enthusiast, he played on the football and basketball teams. While at Rye Neck, he made friends and created great memories that he cherished throughout his lifetime. Working on cars and cooking were Carl's passions. Sundays were for making gravy! His happy place was in the kitchen, creating dishes for his family and friends. I f you were fortunate enough to enjoy one of his English muffin pizzas, consider yourself lucky! Carl had an infectious laugh and a heart of gold. He was a man who put others' needs before his own. There will never be another person like Carl Forte. He will be forever loved and missed.


Francesca Zagaroli, 92, of Mamaroneck died on May 7th at her home after a battle with dementia. She was born on August 23, 1930 in Colfelice (Frosinone) Italy to Gaetano and Giuseppina Lancia. In October of 1952, she married Antonio Zagaroli and in March 1958, they came to the United States on the Christopher Columbus ship with their son Domenico and settled in Mamaroneck where she worked at her uncle’s establishment for many years. Her husband Antonio passed away in April 2013. She is survived by her son Domenico, a grandson Paul (Desirae), and great-grandchildren Luca Antonio and Jake Philip who were the love of her life. She is also survived by her brothers Eleuterio (Antoinette)Lancia, Bernardo (Rochetta) Lancia and sister Rocca (Antonio) Colantonio. She is predeceased by a brother Gaetano Lancia and sister Nina Mollicone who resided in Italy.
