Parade Grand Marshall Joe Carvin, former Rye Town Supervisor, appeared at the March 9, 2026 Board of Trustees (BOT) work session to highlight this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  It will be held on Sunday, March 22 starting at 1:30 pm.

Carvin was joined by former president of the Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce Mike Murphy and current president Jennifer O’Neill.  Carvin reported that “Murphy promised a warm sunny day” and invited everyone to come out.  He and Murphy thanked the Village and the Village staff for their support.  Carvin also reported that the parade committee raised over $60,000 for “needy children as they go to college.”
