Recent Obituaries

Patrick M. Zeh, of Norwalk CT formerly of Mamaroneck NY, sadly passed away at the age of 62. He was born on July 3, 1961 in Port Chester NY to the late Thomas and Edith Zeh (nee Madrazo) and is predeceased by his brother Timothy.  He attended Rye Neck High School where he was an accomplished athlete on the football team.  He went on to work as an auto body painter, and finally as a motor equipment operator for the Village of Larchmont NY.  He was a history buff, enjoyed classic movies and had a love for animals.  He is survived by his beloved wife Donna (Pagliaro), loving son Steven (Jessica), and grandchildren Sophia, Ryan and Juliana; dear siblings Thomas (Tracy), Lisa Zeh Yakowicz (John), and dear sister-in-law Nancy Brodsky (Pagliaro) and brother-in-law Rob Brodsky.  In addition, nieces Lisa, Ellen, Ava, Lauren, Olivia, and nephew Jake. Also, loving parents-in-law Frank and Carolyn Pagliaro.


Maria Francesca Gualano, of Mamaroneck, passed away June 3rd, 2024, at age 77.  She was born in Malvito, Italy on August 20, 1946, to Benedetto & Giuliette Formoso.  Maria was a true matriarch, the heart and soul of her family.  Her grandchildren provided her the greatest joy. She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, the late Mario Gualano.  Maria is survived by her cherished children, Elio Gualano (Ema), Mario Gualano (Colby) and Julie Gualano (Robert), loving grandchildren, Stefan, Michaela, Harlow and Margaux, and dear siblings, Giuseppe Formoso, Fausto Formoso and Carmela Mollo as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and dear friends whom she loved very much.


Louise Vitti, of Mamaroneck, passed away June 2, 2024, at age 77.  She was born July 12th, 1946, in Norristown, PA to Russell & Louise Piacitelli.  Louise worked in her earlier years in the Mamaroneck High School Cafeteria as a lunch monitor and performed other jobs as well throughout her life.  She was an active parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church, and her faith was at the core of her life.  She believed in God and prayed often and intently.  Her greatest role was that of wife, mother, and grandmother.  She leaves behind her devoted husband, Richard Vitti, cherished daughters, Tammy Gualtiere (David) and Bonnie Vitti-Huot (Christin Huot), and loving granddaughters, Evelyn & Emma.  She is predeceased by her siblings, Russel Piacitelli and Mary Ann Robinson.


Franca DiMaula, of Mamaroneck, passed away May 30th, 2024, at age 77.  Franca was born in Roccasecca, Frosinone, Italy, on November 21st, 1946, to Antonio & Carmela DiMaula.  For many years Franca in accounting for various companies.  Franca had a loving smile and was a dear friend to many.  She is survived by her cherished siblings Rosa DiMaula, Benedetto DiMaula (Cindy), Carmen Arminio (Mike) and is predeceased by her sister, Lise Marie Garcia (Jose).  She was also a loving aunt to several nieces and nephews.
