Irregularities Found and New Construction Manager Hired An agenda item to retain H2M for construction management services was discussed at the Work Session and then moved to the Legislative Session for a vote by the Board of Trustees (BOT) where it was approved. See HERE . Since Village Engineer Gino Frabasile left his position last August, H2M has been serving in his place. As part of their work, they are responsible for reviewing project invoices before they are paid.

Water Rates to Increase As expected, the Board of Trustees (BOT) voted 3-0 (Trustees Silver and Kushnick were absent) to increase the water rates by 25%. Greenway Update The Board of Trustees (BOT) heard a presentation on the first phase of the Greenway project which will address approximately a half mile along the Sheldrake river in Washingtonville and the Industrial Area. Armed with a grant for the design there are four goals to be achieved; flood impact mitigation, uninterrupted connectivity along the rivers, space for recreation, education and stewardship and also provide governance and management of the Greenway project.
