FOIL Report Village Clerk Sally Roberts reported that there were 159 requests under the Freedom of Information Act bringing the year-to-date total to 439. Irregularities Found and New Construction Manager Hired An agenda item to retain H2M for construction management services was discussed at the Work Session and then moved to the Legislative Session for a vote by the Board of Trustees (BOT) where it was approved.
