Board Highlights December 8, 2025
Irregularities Found and New Construction Manager Hired An agenda item to retain H2M for construction management services was discussed at the Work Session and then moved to the Legislative Session for a vote by the Board of Trustees (BOT) where it was approved. See HERE . Since Village Engineer Gino Frabasile left his position last August, H2M has been serving in his place. As part of their work, they are responsible for reviewing project invoices before they are paid.

Gloria Teresa Warrington , a longtime resident of Larchmont, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 97. She was born on May 18, 1928, in Yonkers, NY, to Agostino and Antoinette DiLorenzo. Gloria grew up in Stratford, CT, and during World War II proudly served her country by working at the General Electric plant, where she tested electrical components for military aircraft. Greacen Point Zoning Compliance Reviewed by ZBA

Village Releases RFP for Village Civic Center
